Our measures to keep our staff and customers safe during Covid-19

We are open and plan to be open throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

As an essential business, we continue to operate as per government guidelines. We are still fully operational, with a full fleet of tankers available to deliver to our customers. We have taken measures to move the majority of our office staff to home working but we are still available to take orders over the phone as normal on 01543 506117.

Prioritising bulk deliveries for our elderly and vulnerable customers

For our bulk deliveries, we will continue to prioritise elderly and vulnerable customers so please bear with us if your delivery takes a little longer than usual.

Safety measures for our drivers

To keep our drivers and customers safe as much as possible, our drivers are observing strict social distancing guidelines when making your deliveries.

• We are asking our drivers to avoid all direct contact with customers.

• We are not asking customers to sign a delivery ticket.

• Our drivers are posting a ticket through the door when they have made the delivery.

We appreciate that this is a difficult period for us all and we ask that all our customers help us in following the Government's advice.
